COMPLETION: utility room

At time of writing the interior work is still ongoing but the utility room itself is finished. Next up will be the kitchen. It's always important to know when to stop, to avoid unleashing chaos with a last unnecessary touch. As Voltaire put it "le mieux est l'ennemi du bien".
